Wholesale Terms

• Minimum opening order: $150
• Reorder minimum: $150
• Lead time: 5-15 business days for order processing (from confirmation to shipment). Shipping typically takes.
• Shipping: We currently ship wholesale orders within the United States only. All orders ship from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

Return Policy for Wholesale Orders

We want you to feel confident carrying Fairyokai. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a credit. Returns due to buyer’s choice (e.g., style not selling) are not accepted, but we are always happy to discuss future order adjustments.
