Every piece of Fairyokai jewelry is thoughtfully designed in our Denver, Colorado headquarters and handcrafted with care by a small team of skilled artisans. All orders ship directly from Denver.

Fairyokai is committed to thoughtful, responsible creation. We focus on designing pieces that are made to last - using durable materials (such as ion-vacuum plated metals and natural stones) and minimizing unnecessary packaging. Orders & Shipping & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will become available 1-3 business days after your order is placed, depending on the shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track it through the carrier. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to show an estimated delivery date. If you have any questions about your tracking number or order location, please contact our Customer Support team at support@fairyokai.com. We’re happy to help.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@fairyokai.com. While we cannot guarantee changes after that window, we will do our best to assist you - especially if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us at support@fairyokai.com, and we will resend it to you.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
To start a return, simply contact us at support@fairyokai.com to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (if the return is due to our error) or instructions for sending the item back. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging (including the keepsake pouch) with all tags attached.
What is Fairyokai’s return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

How do I choose the right size for rings?
For rings, many of our designs feature an adjustable open band - you can gently bend the ring to fit your finger comfortably. Specific sizing information (inner diameter, outer diameter, and adjustability) is provided on each ring product page. What lengths are Fairyokai necklaces and bracelets?
Necklace lengths vary by design - from shorter chokers (around 40-45 cm / 15.7-17.7 in) to long chains (up to 115 cm / 45.3 in) that can be wrapped or layered. Many necklaces include adjustable extension chains. Bracelets typically range from 15.5 cm to 19.5 cm (6.1-7.7 in), with some featuring adjustable openings. Exact dimensions are always listed in the “Details” section of each product page, and we provide model photos to help you visualize the fit.
What materials are used in Fairyokai jewelry?
Our collections feature a thoughtful mix of materials, chosen for both beauty and wearability:
- Natural stones such as agate, tiger eye, black spinel, jade, and quartz
- Resin and mother-of-pearl for unique textures and iridescent effects

Does Fairyokai use real pearls?
Our pearl jewelry is made with high-quality faux pearls (imitation pearls), designed to capture the soft, warm luster of genuine pearls while offering consistent shape and durability. Some pieces also feature natural rice pearls. Each product page clearly states the pearl type used.
Are Fairyokai earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our earrings use S925 sterling silver posts, which are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive ears. The posts are designed to be comfortable for all-day wear.

How should I care for my Fairyokai jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and water.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after each wear.
- Store each piece in its original Fairyokai pouch, away from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
