Free Shipping on all orders $150+ | Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $5.99.
Ships from: United States | All orders ship via UPS from the Fairyokai Headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or US public holidays. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Additional Shipping Notes
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Split shipments may occur at no extra cost if items come from different warehouses.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
How to Return
Contact support@fairyokai.com to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, simply start a return and place a new order. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the original item - no extra steps needed. Return shipping costs for exchanges follow the same policy below.
Return Shipping & Fees
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
- Otherwise, return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- No restocking fee applies.
Non-returnable Items
- Worn or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
- Earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or seasonal clearance with 50%+ discount
- Gift cards
Order Cancellation
You may cancel within 1 hour of placing the order. Contact support@fairyokai.com immediately. After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee cancellation, but please reach out - we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
Refunds
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items showing signs of use or returned in altered condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Sale Items
Refunds on sale items are processed at the sale price.
Extended Holiday Returns Period
To make your gift-giving easier this holiday season, we are extending our standard return window.
For all items purchased between Nov. 1 and Dec. 15, you have until Jan. 10 to request a return for a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags still attached.
After January 10, our standard return policy applies.
